Who We Are

Blue Ridges Carbon was founded with a simple idea: to change the game on carbon emissions.  We do it by producing and selling biochar to a farming services company as a soil addition to sequestrate carbon.    

When Biochar is mixed into soil biochar binds and stores carbon in the ground, which makes an ongoing and significant reduction in atmospheric greenhouse gas levels. 

Our revenues consist of biochar sales and voluntary carbon offset sales.  We sell biochar pursuant to long term contracts to land remediation specialists working with USDA programs.  These programs generate voluntary carbon offsets.  We sell these carbon offsets to our investors or through established exchanges.
